As we do not have a physical store, all stock is shipped from our local warehouse. 

Shipping can take between 7-14 business days for your jewelry to arrive (US), 7-12 days (UK) and 14-18 days (AU).

Easy returns

If you are not satisfied with your order once it arrives, you are welcome to return them within 14 days. Please refer to our returns policy for all the details. 

No import taxes

Oscar Willow & Co recommends that you remove your jewelry before any activity that may come in contact with moisture or friction.

For example, swimming, housework, and sports. This is to ensure you maintain its luster and quality. 

All of our jewelry is backed by Oscar and Willow & Co's lifetime warranty. If it fades, breaks, or deteriorates, we will replace it FREE. Please refer to our policies for all warranty details.
